丁苯酞注射液对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及神经功能的影响

Efficacy of butylphthalide injection on hemorrheology and nerve function inpatients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:探讨丁苯酞注射液对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及神经功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月本院收治的急性脑梗死患者88例,按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用丁苯酞注射液治疗,比较两组患者血液流变学、神经因子、神经功能缺损程度评分。结果:治疗后,观察组红细胞压积、全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(Neuron Specific Enolase,NSE)、S-100蛋白(S100B)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(Myelin Basic Protein,MBP)水平、神经功能缺损程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞注射液用于治疗急性脑梗死患者效果显著,可以有效降低血液流变学,改善神经功能。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of butylphthalide injection on hemorrheology and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:88 cases were divided into 2 groups,44 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the observation group was given butylphthalide injection more.Results:After treatment,hematocrit,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,NSE,S100B,MBP and NIH stroke scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide injection on acute cerebral infarction shows good effects,can reduce blood rheology and improve nerve function.
