桃红四物汤加减对四肢长管状骨创伤性骨折复位固定后骨折愈合的临床效果分析

Efficacy of the Taohong Siwu decoction on traumatic fracture oflong tubular bones of extremities

目的:浅析四肢长管状骨创伤性骨折复位固定后采取桃红四物汤加减对骨折愈合的影响。方法:囊括本院2017年1月-2019年6月收治的60例四肢长管状骨创伤性骨折患者,按照双盲法分为研究组与参照组,各30例。两组患者均施以复位固定,研究组患者基于此加以桃红四物汤加减,就患者骨折愈合情况进行组间比对。结果:研究组患者相较于参照组总有效率更高,治疗后血沉、红细胞压积指标相较于参照组更低,且住院时间及骨折愈合时间相较于参照组显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四肢长管状骨创伤性骨折患者复位固定后采取桃红四物汤加减可有效提升临床治疗效果,改变血流动力学,有效缩短住院及骨折愈合时间。

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤)on traumatic fracture of long tubular bones of extremities.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each.All patients were given reduction fixation therapy,and the research group was given the Taohong Siwu decoction more.Results:The total efficiency was higher in the research group.After treatment,the indicators of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematocrit in the research group were lower,and the hospitalization time and fracture healing time were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Taohong Siwu decoction on traumatic fracture of long tubular bones of extremities shows good effects,can change the hemodynamics,shorten the hospitalization and fracture healing time.
