中医药疗法治疗痔疮的效果观察及其护理对策

The effects of TCM medicine on hemorrhoids and the nursing countermeasures

目的:了解中医药疗法在痔疮患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2017年5月-2018年9月收治的80例痔疮患者,随机分成两组,对照组口服痔疮药治疗,观察组采取中药保留灌肠治疗。结果:观察组总有效率优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗痔疮有助于提高临床疗效,同时能够降低患者的疼痛情况,缩短切口愈合时间,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To understand the effect of TCM medicine on hemorrhoids and nursing countermeasures.Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional medicine,and the observation group received retention enema with TCM medicine.Results:Efficiency in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Retention enema with TCM medicine was effective,can relieve the pain,shorten healing time of the incision,and improve quality of life.
