中医药治疗糖尿病足坏疽医案一则

糖尿病足坏疽是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,具有难治性、复发性、原发性特征,临床上很难治愈,本文从中西医认识本病,并通过中医辨证施治,采用中医药内服、外治手段,治愈了一例重度糖尿病足坏疽,避免了该病的进一步发展恶化,现将治疗过程归纳总结,并提出自己的心得体会,以供各位同道参考。

Diabetic foot gangrene is one of the serious complications of diabetes.It shows refractory,recurrent and primary characteristics,and is difficult to cure in clinic.This article reported the disease from TCM and western medicine,and treats it by syndrome differentiation.A case of severe diabetic foot gangrene was cured internally and externally in TCM,and the further development of the disease was avoided.Now the treatment process is summarized,and the experience is provided for your reference.
