中药补肾保胎助孕汤治疗肾虚型胎漏和胎动不安的有效性分析

The effects of the Bushen Baotai Zhuyun decoction on fetal leakage of the Shenxu type and fetal motion

目的:探讨补肾保胎助孕汤治疗肾虚型胎漏和胎动不安的临床效果。方法:选取纳入研究患者86例于2017年1月-2019年2月在我院就诊的肾虚型胎漏和胎动不安患者。按随机双盲法分为两组,即对照组(43例,地屈孕酮治疗)及观察组(43例,补肾保胎助孕汤治疗),比较两组中医证候、妊娠结局以及血清性激素改变。结果:观察组足月妊娠率和保胎成功率均高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕酮(Progesterone,P)、血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin,β-HCG)水平高于对照组,糖类抗原(CA125)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾保胎助孕汤治疗肾虚型胎漏和胎动不安获得明显效果,能够调节机体激素水平,改善妊娠结局,具有积极的应用价值,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Bushen Baotai Zhuyun decoction(补肾保胎助孕汤)on fetal leakage of the Shenxu type(肾虚型)and fetal motion.Methods:According to the random double-blind method,86 patients were divided into the control group(43 cases,given dydrogesterone)and the observation group(43 cases,treated with the Bushen Baotai Zhuyun decoction).Results:The full-term pregnancy rate and the success rate of the fetus in the observation group were higher than the control group.The score of TCM symptom after treatment was lower(P<0.05).The levels of P and β-HCG in the observation group were higher,and the level of CA125 was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Baotai Zhuyun decoction shows obvious effects on fetal deficiency and fetal movement,and can regulate the body hormone level and improve pregnancy outcom,and is worthy of promotion.
