黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗糖尿病神经病变临床疗效分析

Clinical effects of the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:研究黄芪桂枝五物汤加减应用在糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN)治疗中的临床疗效。方法:以我院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的70例DPN患者作为本次研究活动的观察对象,依据随机数字表法进行分组,分别设置对照组(35例,进行甲钴胺注射液治疗)与实验组(35例,加用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减),比较两组的中医症状积分、神经传导速度、临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组中医症状积分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的神经传导速度无显著差异(P>0.05);经治疗,实验组神经传导速度大于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:为DPN患者进行黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗,疗效显著,且能改善中医症状积分与神经传导速度,所以值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction(黄芪桂枝五物汤)on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:70 DPN patients were grouped according to the random number table method.The control group(35 cases,given methylcobalamin injection)and the experimental group(35 cases,treated with the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction more).Results:After treatment,TCM symptom scores in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on DPN shows an obvious curative effect,and can improve the score of symptom and nerve conduction velocity of TCM medicine,is worthy of clinical promotion.
