参附注射液对重症肺炎患者的治疗的临床疗效观察

Observation on treating severe pneumonia with the Shenfu injection

目的:分析探究参附注射液方法治疗重症肺炎患者的临床治疗效果。方法:选择2018年9月-2019年10月在我院进行重症监护病房(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)治疗的肺炎患者90例,按照入院先后顺序将患者平均分为两组,对照组患者45例采用常规西药治疗包括机械辅助通气等,输液、抗感染等常规的护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用参附注射液。患者入院治疗对比两组患者的血乳酸以及各类血气指标,对比患者住院和预后情况。结果:观察组患者的血乳酸含量、呼吸频率(HR)、心率(RR)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)均明显优于对照组,观察组患者住院的ICU停留时间、住院总时间以及病死率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重症肺炎患者进行参附注射液治疗,能够明显保持并降低患者血乳酸指数,患者血气指标维持效果较好,能够改善患者预后。

Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical effect of the Shenfu injection(参附注射液)on severe pneumonia.Methods:90 patients were divided into two groups.The control group received conventional Western medicine,including mechanical assistance Ventilation and other conventional nursing interventions such as infusion and anti-infection.The observation group were treated with the Shenfu injection more.Results:The blood lactate content,HR,RR,and PaO2 in the observation group were significantly better than the control group.The ICU stay time,total hospitalization time,and mortality in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shenfu injection can significantly maintain and reduce the blood lactate index,and the blood gas index maintenance effect is better,which can improve the prognosis.
