中医正骨手法复位结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折疗效观察研究

Efficacy of the TCM bone-setting manual reduction plus external fixator on distal radius fracture of type C3

目的:研究桡骨远端C3型骨折患者开展外固定支架联合中医正骨手法复位治疗价值。方法:选取114例桡骨远端C3型骨折患者(桡骨远端关节与干骺端均粉碎),对照组:单独实施外固定支架治疗;实验组:外固定支架治疗联合中医正骨手法复位治疗。结果:两组在治疗效率方面相比较,实验组比对照组要高(P<0.05)。两组在生活质量评分方面相比较,实验组患者的精神状态、生理机能、社会能力与物质生活方面比对照组要高(P<0.05)。两组在中医症状积分评分方面互比,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对桡骨远端C3型骨折患者开展外固定支架联合中医正骨手法复位治疗效果理想,调节机体疼痛,利于患肢早日康复,可达到标本兼治的目的,有效提高关节功能,值得推广。

Objective:To study value of the TCM bone-setting manual reduction plus external fixator on distal radius fracture of type C3.Methods:114 cases were divided into 2 groups.The control group was given external fixator,and the experimental group was given the TCM bone-setting manual reduction.Results:The efficiency in the experimental group was more than the control group(P<0.05).The mental state,physiological function,social ability and material life scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores in the experimental group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM bone-setting manual reduction plus external fixator on distal radius fracture of type C3 shows good effects,can improve pain and joint function,and it is worthy of promotion.
