中频电治疗60例上腹痛综合征患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of medium frequency electrotherapy on 60 patients with epigastric pain syndrome

目的探讨中频电治疗60例上腹痛综合征(EPS)患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至9月就诊的120例EPS患者作为研究对象,按照就诊的先后顺序对患者依次编号,奇数号者分配到治疗组,偶数号者分配到对照组,各60例。治疗组采用中频电脉冲治疗仪进行治疗,对照组口服马来酸曲美布汀片进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的临床治疗显效率为40.00%,高于对照组的13.33%(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NRS、HAMD及HAMA评分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中频电疗法治疗EPS患者的效果显著,可减轻患者的疼痛程度及焦虑、抑郁情绪,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of medium frequency electrotherapy on 60 patients with epigastric pain syndrome(EPS).Methods A total of 120 EPS patients treated from March to September 2018 were selected as the study objects.The patients were numbered according to the order of treatment,patients with odd number were assigned to treatment group,and patients with even number were assigned to control group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with medium frequency electric pulse therapeutic instrument,while the control group was treated with trimebutine maleate tablets orally.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The marked effective rate of clinical treatment of the treatment group was 40.00%,which was higher than 13.33%of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NRS,HAMD,HAMA scores of the two groups decreased,and those of the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The medium frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of EPS patients has a remarkable effect,it can reduce the pain degree,anxiety and depression mood of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
