肾综合征出血热急性肺损伤患者HMGB1、PTX3、FRT、MPO、APN和HBP的表达水平

Expression levels of HMGB1,PTX3,FRT,MPO,APN and HBP in patients with acute lung injury caused by hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome

目的探讨肾综合征出血热(HFRS)急性肺损伤(ALI)患者血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、正五聚素3(PTX3)、铁蛋白(FRT)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、脂联素(APN)和肝素结合蛋白(HBP)的表达水平。方法选择103例HFRS患者作为研究对象,按照有无发生ALI将其分为对照组(未发生ALI,39例)与观察组(发生ALI,64例)。比较两组患者外周血清HMGB1、PTX3、FRT、MPO、APN和HBP的表达水平,分析其预测HFRS合并ALI的效果及与预后的相关性。结果观察组的HMGB1、PTX3、FRT、HBP表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,HMGB1、PTX3、FRT、HBP在预测HFRS合并ALI发生中具有显著意义(P<0.05)。HMGB1、PTX3、FRT、HBP与HFRS合并ALI预后存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论 HFRS合并ALI患者病程中可伴随更强的炎症反应,检测HMGB1、PTX3、FRT、HBP表达水平有助于早期预测HFRS患者ALI的发生及预后。

Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1),pentamerin 3(PTX3),ferritin(FRT),myeloperoxidase(MPO),adiponectin(APN)and heparin binding protein(HBP)in patients with acute lung injury(ALI)caused by hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS).Methods A total of 103 patients with HFRS were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(without ALI,39 cases)and observation group(with ALI,64 cases)by the occurrence of ALI.The expression levels of HMGB1,PTX3,FRT,MPO,APN and HBP in peripheral serum of the two groups were compared,and the predictive effect of those on HFRS with ALI and the correlation with prognosis were analyzed.Results The expression levels of HMGB1,PTX3,FRT and HBP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that HMGB1,PTX3,FRT and HBP had significant significance in predicting the occurrence of HFRS with ALI(P<0.05).HMGB1,PTX3,FRT and HBP were correlated with the prognosis of HFRS with ALI(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with HFRS and ALI may be accompanied by stronger inflammation in the course of the disease.Detection of the expression levels of HMGB1,PTX3,FRT and HBP can help early predict the occurrence of ALI and prognosis in HFRS patients.
