烯丙雌醇片联合地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果

Clinical effect of allylestrenol tablets combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion

目的探讨烯丙雌醇片联合地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法将60例先兆流产患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予地屈孕酮片,观察组在对照组基础上给予烯丙雌醇片。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的止血时间、腰腹部疼痛缓解时间均短于对照组,阴道流血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的保胎成功率高于对照组,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的P、E2、β-hCG水平、PI、RI、FIB水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论烯丙雌醇片联合地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的效果显著,可有效缓解临床症状,改善激素水平及子宫血流状态,提高保胎成功率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of allylestrenol tablets combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods A total of 60 patients with threatened abortion were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given dydrogesterone tablets,and the observation group was given allylestrenol tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hemostasis time and pain relief time of waist and abdomen in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the vaginal bleeding volume was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of pregnancy protection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of P,E2 andβ-h CG,PI,RI,FIB level in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Allylestrenol tablets combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion has significant effect,it can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve hormone levels and uterine blood flow status,and improve the success rate of pregnancy preservation.
