抗苗勒氏管激素联合性激素在卵巢储备功能评估中的应用价值

Application value of anti-mullerian hormone combined with sex hormones in evaluation of ovarian reserve function

目的探讨抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)联合性激素在卵巢储备功能评估中的应用价值。方法选择我院2017年2月至2019年12月收治的780例卵巢早衰患者设为观察组,选取同时期790例健康体检妇女设为对照组。检测并比较两组患者的AMH和性激素[孕酮(PROG)、睾酮(TEST)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、泌乳素(PRL)]水平。结果观察组血清AMH、TEST、E2水平均低于对照组,而血清LH、FSH水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。780例健康体检妇女中,35~39岁组的血清AMH水平明显低于22~34岁组(P<0.05);而不同年龄段的性激素水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 AMH联合性激素在卵巢储备功能评估中的应用价值显著,能有效且全面评估卵巢储备功能变化,为鉴别及改善女性生育能力提供参考。

Objective To explore the application value of anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)combined with sex hormones in evaluation of ovarian reserve function.Methods A total of 780 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2019 were selected as observation group,and 790 women with healthy physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.AMH and sex hormones[progesterone(PROG),testosterone(TEST),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),prolactin(PRL)]levels of the two groups were detected and compared.Results The levels of serum AMH,TEST and E2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of serum LH and FSH were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Among 780 healthy women,the serum AMH level of 35-39 years old group was significantly lower than that of22-34 years old group(P<0.05);while there were no significant differences in sex hormone levels in different age groups(P>0.05).Conclusion AMH combined with sex hormones in evaluation of ovarian reserve function has a significant application value,it can effectively and comprehensively evaluate the changes of ovarian reserve function and provide a reference for identifying and improving female fertility.
