妇乐片联合常规西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果

Effect of Fule tablets combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨妇乐片联合常规西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法将66例慢性盆腔炎患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组及对照组,各33例。对照组采用左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用妇乐片进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、TNF-α水平及NHP评分均较治疗前降低,IL-10水平及SF-36评分均较治疗前升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇乐片联合常规西药治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的效果显著,其可减轻机体炎症反应,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Fule tablets combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Sixty-six patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin combined with metronidazole,and the study group was treated with Fule tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and TNF-αand NHP scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of IL-10 and SF-36 scores were higher than those before treatment,and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fule tablets combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has a significant effect,which can reduce the body’s inflammatory reaction and improve the quality of life of patients.
