Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary cooperation mode nursing on perioperative insulin pump treatment of patients and its influence on blood glucose level. Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes mellitus who received perioperative insulin pump treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(40 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(40 cases, multidisciplinary cooperation mode nursing)according to random number table. The adverse emotions score, disease uncertainty score, treatment compliance, blood glucose level, adverse events of insulin pump and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS,SDS and MUIS scores, the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels, the total incidence of adverse events of insulin pump of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary cooperation mode nursing can reduce the adverse emotions and uncertainty of patients with insulin pump treatment during perioperative period, which is conducive to control blood glucose and improve nursing satisfaction.
