小组式健康教育护理在颅脑损伤患者肌肉废用性萎缩中的应用价值

Application value of group health education nursing in muscle disuse atrophy of patients with craniocerebral injury

目的探究小组式健康教育护理在颅脑损伤患者肌肉废用性萎缩中的应用价值。方法将2018年1月至2019年5月收治的100例颅脑损伤患者按照单双号编号法随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组实施常规健康教育护理,试验组实施小组式健康教育护理。比较两组日常生活能力、肢体运动功能、生存质量、肌力恢复情况及满意度。结果干预后,两组日常生活能力、肢体运动功能、生存质量评分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组肌力优良率和满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅脑损伤患者接受小组式健康教育护理可有效预防肌肉废用性肌肉萎缩,促进病情改善,提高患者的日常生活能力、运动功能和生存质量,增加其对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of group health education nursing in muscle disuse atrophy of patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 100 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted from January 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the single and even number numbering method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education nursing,while the experimental group was given group health education nursing.The activities of daily living,limb motor function,quality of life,muscle strength recovery and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of activities of daily living,limb motor function and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of muscle strength and satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The group health education nursing for patients with craniocerebral injury can effectively prevent muscle disuse atrophy,promote the improvement of the condition,improve the ability of daily life,motor function and quality of life,and increase satisfaction with nursing service.
