配偶纳入健康教育路径对初产妇的护理效果及对母婴健康的影响

Nursing effect of spouse included in health education pathway on primipara and its influence on maternal and infant health

目的探讨配偶纳入健康教育路径对初产妇的护理效果及对母婴健康的影响。方法选取我院接收的800例初产妇作为研究对象,采用抓阄法将其随机分为观察组(400例,常规护理+配偶纳入健康教育路径)和对照组(400例,常规护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组产妇的母乳喂养率、遵医行为、护理服务满意度、恶露量及子宫复旧均优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组产妇的健康行为评分、产褥期知识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇并发症总发生率及新生儿疾病总发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论配偶纳入健康教育路径对初产妇的护理效果显著,可降低母婴并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of spouse included in health education pathway on primipara and its influence on maternal and infant health.Methods A total of 800 primiparas admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group(400 cases,routine nursing+spouse included in health education pathway)and control group(400 cases,routine nursing)by drawing lots.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The breast feeding rate,compliance behaviors,nursing service satisfaction,lochia volume and uterine involution of primiparas in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the health behavior scores and puerperal knowledge score of primiparas in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of maternal complications and neonatal disease in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Spouse included in health education pathway on primipara has a significant nursing effect,it can reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications.
