心理护理在乳腺癌患者PICC导管维护中的应用及对患者自我效能的影响

Application of psychological nursing in the maintenance of PICC catheter in patients with breast cancer and its influence on patients'self-efficacy

目的分析心理护理在乳腺癌患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)维护中的应用及对患者自我效能的影响。方法将本院2017年4月至2019年4月收治的78例乳腺癌PICC置管患者按照电脑随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各39例。对照组予以常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上予以心理护理。比较两组的PICC导管维护依从性、自我效能及心理弹性。结果试验组的PICC导管维护依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的自我效能感各项评分及总分均较护理前升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的心理弹性各项评分及总分均较护理前升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理有助于提升乳腺癌PICC置管患者的导管维护依从性,并改善其自我效能及心理弹性。

Objective To analyze the application of psychological nursing in the maintenance of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in patients with breast cancer and its influence on patients’self-efficacy.Methods Seventy-eight cases of breast cancer patients with PICC catheter admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group by the the computer random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The maintenance compliance of PICC catheter,self-efficacy and resilience of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of PICC catheter maintenance in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-efficacy and total score of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of resilience and total score in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the compliance of PICC catheter maintenance in patients with breast cancer,and improve self-efficacy and resilience of patients.
