基于“形神一体观”的针灸治疗情志相关性脾胃病理论研究

Theoretical Study on Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Emotion-Related Diseases of Spleen and Stomach Based on Holism of Physique and Shen

“形神一体观”是中医学的重要思维模式之一,有之精神、形体,则生命始生、发展、变化,无则精神消亡、形体陨落、生命终结。随着现代社会心理应激源的不断增多,情志致病越发显著,由此引发的情志相关性脾胃病应予以重视。针灸是中医学传统疗法之一,具有简、便、验、廉等特点,被广泛接受。其核心强调“针以治神为首务,效以神应为保证”,故本研究基于“形神一体观”与针灸“调神守形”理论,结合古代文献对针灸治疗情志相关性脾胃病进行分析阐述,归纳总结临床取穴思路,以期为临床借鉴。

The concept of holism of physique and Shen is one of the important original thinking modes of Chinese medical science.The concept means that life begins,develops and changes when there is Shen and physique,otherwise life will end.With the increasing modern psycho-social stress,the emotional diseases become more and more significant,the emotional-related diseases of Spleen and Stomach should be paid more attention to.Acupuncture and moxibustion is one of the traditional treatments in TCM,it has the advantages of being simple,convenient,effective and economic and high compliance.The core concept of acupuncture and moxibustion emphasizes that the main task of acupuncture and moxibustion is to treat Shen,and the effect will be guaranteed by the response of Shen.This study elaborated the literatures of emotion-related diseases of Spleen and Stomach,based on the theory of holism of physique and Shen,as well as regulating Shen and consolidate physique of acupuncture and moxibustion.It summarized the thought of points selection in clinical practice,hoping to provide reference for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion.
