脑梗死患者血浆活化蛋白C、活化蛋白S、抗凝血酶Ⅲ的表达及与疾病的相关性分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的分析脑梗死患者血浆活化蛋白C(Protein C,PC)、活化蛋白S(Protein S,PS)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AntithrombinⅢ,AT-Ⅲ)的表达及与疾病的相关性。方法2018年10月至2019年10月我院临床确诊的90例脑梗死患者为研究组,根据病灶大小分为小梗死组、中梗死组、大梗死组;根据发病时间分为急性期组与恢复期组;根据颈动脉内膜中层厚度分为管壁正常组、增厚期组、斑块期组。另选取同期41例健康体检者为对照组,比较两组PC、PS、AT-Ⅲ活性,并分析PC、PS、AT-Ⅲ的表达与病情的相关性。结果与对照组相比,研究组PC、PS、AT-Ⅲ表达活性明显偏低(P<0.05);急性期组PC、PS、AT-Ⅲ活性均明显低于对照组和恢复期组,对照组PS、AT-Ⅲ的表达活性最高(P<0.05);小梗死组PC、PS、AT-Ⅲ表达活性高于中梗死组和大梗死组(P<0.05);斑块组PC、PS、AT-Ⅲ活性低于正常组和增厚组(P<0.05);增厚组和正常组上述因子表达活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);脑梗死患者PC、PS、AT-Ⅲ的表达与发病时间呈正相关,与梗死病灶及颈动粥样硬化程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者PC、PS、AT-Ⅲ的表达与发病时间具有正相关关系,与梗死病灶及颈动粥样硬化程度具有负相关关系。 Objective To analyze the expressions of plasma activated protein C(PC),activated protein S(PS)and antithrombin III(AT-III)in patients with cerebral infarction and their correlation with the disease.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with cerebral infarction clinically diagnosed in this hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as study group,and 41 subjects who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as control group.The activities of PC,PS,and AT-Ⅲin each group were compared,and the correlation between the expression of PC,PS,and AT-Ⅲand the disease was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the expression activities of PC,PS,and AT-Ⅲin the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The activities of PC,PS,and AT-Ⅲin the acute stage group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the recovery stage group,and the expression activities of PS and AT-Ⅲwere the highest in the control group(P<0.05).The expression activities of PC,PS,and AT-Ⅲin the small infarction group were significantly higher than those in the middle infarction group and the large infarction group(P<0.05).The activities of PC,PS and AT-Ⅲin the plaque group were significantly lower than those in the normal group and thickened group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression activities of the above factors between the thickened group and the normal group(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expressions of PC,PS,and AT-Ⅲin patients with cerebral infarction were positively correlated with the disease onset time,and negatively correlated with the infarct focus and the degree of cervical atherosclerosis(P<0.05).Conclusion Expressions of PC,PS,and AT-Ⅲin patients with cerebral infarction were positively correlated with the disease onset time,and negatively correlated with the infarct focus and the degree of cervical atherosclerosis.
