运动疗法联合中药治疗膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞卡压综合征疗效观察

Therapeutic effect observation of exercise therapy combined with topical medicine in the treatment of medial patellar synovial plica compression syndrome of knee joint

目的观察运动疗法联合中药治疗膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞卡压综合征的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取139例符合标准的膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞卡压综合征患者,给予运动疗法结合中药内服、外用治疗。采用自身前后对照试验,以疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、WOMAC评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分为观测指标,对治疗前后膝关节的疼痛、僵硬、日常活动的难度以及关节功能进行比较,评估其临床疗效。结果治疗6周后,患者疼痛程度及WOMAC评分均较治疗前明显降低,Lysholm膝关节功能评分增加(P<0.01),临床总有效率为96.4%,治疗过程中无不良事件发生。结论运动疗法结合中药内服、外用治疗膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞卡压综合征疗效确切,能有效改善患者膝关节的疼痛程度及关节整体功能,且安全性良好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of exercise therapy combined with topical medicine in the treatment of medial patellar synovial plica compression syndrome of knee joint.Methods We selected 139 patients with medial patellar synovial plica compression syndrome of knee joint who were treated with exercise therapy and external medicine.Pain visual simulation score(VAS),WOMAC score and Lysholm knee function score were used to assess pain,rigidity,difficulty in daily activities and knee joint function and to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the pain score and the WOMAC score were decreased and the Lysholm knee function score was increased when compared to before treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate after treatment was 96.4%.No adverse events occurred during the treatment.Conclusion Exercise therapy combined with external medicine is effective in treating knee synovial fold compression syndrome.It can significantly improve the pain and overall function of the knee joint of the patients with a good safety.
