四川省达州地区1080例泌尿系结石成分分析 被引量:7

Analysis of urinary stone constituents of 1080 patients in Dazhou area of Sichuan province

摘要 目的分析四川省达州地区泌尿系结石成分,为临床防治提供依据。方法采用红外光谱自动分析仪对1080例泌尿系结石标本进行化学成分分析,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果1080例患者中,男711例,女369例,男女比例1.93∶1,年龄(49.6±12.89)岁,儿童青少年及青、中、老年龄段比例为0.13∶1.04∶1.20∶1,结石高发人群在18~60岁,占61.20%。单一成分结石31.30%,混合性结石68.70%,含钙结石检出率最高,达95.74%,感染性结石47.60%。上下尿路结石比例为16.42∶1。在中年、老年年龄段,男女患者之间结石部位构成差异有统计学意义,其中男性肾结石、输尿管结石检出率低于女性(P<0.05)。结论结石成分分析对了解该地区结石理化性质、结石成因、指导临床治疗和预防结石复发具有重要意义。 Objective To analyze the constituents of urinary stones in Dazhou area of Sichuan province in order to provide a strong basis for clinical prevention.Methods We used infrared spectrophotometry instrument to analyze the urinary calculi from 1,080 urolithic patients,and then,combined with the clinical data for analysis.Results Among the 1,080 cases,there were 711 males and 369 females.The gender ratio was 1.93∶1.The age of the patients was(49.6±12.89)years old.The ratio of children and adolescents,middle aged and old age were 0.13∶1.04∶1.250∶1 and 61.2%of them were ranged from 18 to 60 years old.The ratio of single component calculus was 31.3%,mixed stones were 68.7%,and calcium stone detection rate was the highest,reached 95.74%and infection stones were 47.6%.The ratio of upper and lower urinary stones was 16.42∶1.In the middle-aged and elderly age groups,the difference in composition of stone sites between male and female patients was statistically significant.The detection rate of kidney stones and ureteral stones in middle-aged and elderly men was lower than that in women(P<0.05).Conclusion Analysis of constituents of urinary stones is very important in understanding the physical and chemical properties of stones,stones causes,clinical treatment and prevention of stone recurrence.
