微染色体维持蛋白6高表达与肝细胞癌预后关系的研究

High expression of MCM6 is associated with poor prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma

目的探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)患者微染色体维持蛋白6(MCM6)表达水平与临床病理特征的相关性,并判断其在HCC中的预后作用。方法HCC患者的基因表达谱和临床资料从肿瘤基因组图谱(TCGA)肝癌数据库中获取得到。分析MCM6在HCC中的表达水平,评价MCM6在HCC中的预后作用。结果MCM6在HCC组织中的表达水平明显高于癌旁组织。HCC中MCM6高表达与病理分期、T分期、组织学分级明显相关。Kaplan-Meier生存分析提示MCM6高表达的患者预后、生存期限明显差于MCM6低表达水平的患者。多因素Cox分析显示MCM6高表达是HCC的独立预后因素。结论MCM6参与了HCC的进展,并可独立预测HCC的预后,可作为HCC的潜在诊断和预后标志物。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression level of mini-chromosome maintenance protein 6(MCM6)and clinicopathological features in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and to evaluate its prognostic value.Methods The gene expression profile and clinical data of HCC patients were extracted from the tumor genome map(TCGA)liver cancer database.The expression level of MCM6 in HCC was analyzed and the prognostic effect of MCM6 on HCC patients was evaluated.Results The expression level of MCM6 in HCC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues.The high expression of MCM6 in HCC was related to histological grade,pathological stage,and T stage.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that patients with high expression of MCM6 had significantly worse prognosis and lower survival rate than patients with low expression of MCM6 had.Univariate Cox analysis suggested that pathological stage,T stage,histological grade,and MCM6 high expression in HCC were significantly related to the overall survival rate.Multivariate Cox analysis showed that high expression of MCM6 was an independent prognostic factor for HCC.Conclusion The results of this study indicate that MCM6 is involved in the progression of HCC and can independently predict the prognosis of HCC.It can be used as a potential diagnostic and prognostic marker for HCC.
