体位护理联合心理干预对无痛胃肠镜检查患者生命体征及心理状态的影响

The effects of postural nursing combined with psychological intervention on the vital signs and psychological status of patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy

目的探究无缝隙护理在老年高血压患者临床治疗护理中的应用及对患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年2月在成都电子科技大学医院消化科室胃镜检查中心行无痛胃肠镜检查的患者450例,依据不同护理方案分为研究组与对照组各225例。对照组患者给予消化科常规性护理方案,研究组在此基础上采用体位护理与心理干预相联合的方式。比较两组患者护理后生命体征指标,心理状态、不良反应情况及麻醉后倾倒率。结果研究组心率、血压及呼吸频率高于对照组,SpO2低于对照组,不良心理状态及不良反应发生率、麻醉后倾倒发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对无痛胃肠镜检查患者给予体位护理联合心理干预能稳定患者的生命体征,且能显著缓解患者的不良心理状态,降低检查后不良反应发生率,提升患者的满意性,值得在消化科室中推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of seamless nursing in the clinical treatment and nursing of elderly hypertension patients and the effect on the quality of life of the patients.Methods From May 2018 to February 2019,450 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in our gastroscopy center of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital were selected.According to different nursing plans,they were divided into study or control group,225 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing program.The study group adopted the combination of postural nursing and psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The changes of vital signs,psychological status,adverse reactions after nursing and dumping rate after anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results Heart rate,blood pressure and respiratory frequency were higher while SpO2 was lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse psychological state,the incidence of adverse reaction and the dumping rate after anesthesia in the study group were lower than those in the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Body position-nursing care combined with psychological intervention for patients with painless gastroscopy can stabilize the patient's vital signs,relieve the patient's adverse psychological state,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after inspection and improve the patient satisfaction.It is worthy of wide application and promotion in digestive department.
