益气活血利水中药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

Clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Chinese medicine in treatingchronic heart failure and its effect on patients' quality of life

目的:观察益气活血利水中药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的改善。方法:慢性心力衰竭患者40例,随机分为两组,每组20例;对照组采用西医常规治疗;治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加服益气活血利水中药,疗程28 d;观察治疗前后的总体疗效、中医证候积分、心功能指标的变化及患者生活质量的改善情况。结果:治疗组总体疗效、中医证候积分、心功能指标、生活质量评分改善均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:益气活血利水中药对慢性心力衰竭患者疗效确切,能够改善患者的临床症状、心功能,提高患者的生活质量,疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui(益气活血利水)Chinese medicine on chronic heart failure and the improvement of patients'quality of life.Methods:40 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.On the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine,the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Lishui medicine.Course of treatment was 28 days.The overall curative effect,TCM syndrome score,changes of cardiac function index and improvement of patients'quality of life were observed before and after treatment.Results:The treatment group were better than the control group in the total curative effect,TCM syndrome score,cardiac function index and quality of life score.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Chinese medicine has a definite effect on patients with chronic heart failure.It can improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.The curative effect is better than that of conventional western medicine alone.
