针灸配合康复运动治疗脑卒中的有效性分析

Effectiveness analysis of acupuncture and rehabilitation exercise in thetreatment of stroke

目的:探究针灸配合康复运动治疗脑卒中的有效性分析。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年5月郴州市第一人民医院收治脑卒中患者70例,随机分为研究组和对照组两组,每组35例,对照组进行常规的康复运动治疗,研究组在常规康复运动治疗的基础上进行针灸治疗。结果:研究组的治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的日常生活能力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将针灸配合康复运动治疗应用于脑卒中患者的临床治疗中具有理想效果,且较大程度地提高患者的日常生活能力,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of stroke.Methods:A total of 70 stroke patients admitted to Chenzhou first people's hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,the study group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation exercise therapy,and the study group received acupuncture therapy on the basis of conventional rehabilitation exercise therapy.Results:The therapeutic effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The daily living ability of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation exercise therapy has an ideal effect in the clinical treatment of stroke patients,and it greatly improves the patients'daily living ability,which is worthy of promotion and application.
