耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷应用于术后患者呕吐的临床护理观察

Clinical nursing observation of auricular point application combined withacupoint application on postoperative vomiting

目的:探究耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷应用于术后患者呕吐的临床护理疗效。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年2月广州市番禺区中医院收治的术后患者90例,随机分成对照组和研究组两组,对照组进行耳穴贴压治疗,研究组在实施耳穴贴压的基础上联合穴位贴敷治疗。结果:研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组呕吐治疗前后主要证候积分变化情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷应用于术后患者呕吐的临床护理中具有良好的效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical nursing effectiveness of auricular point application combined with acupoint application on postoperative vomiting of patients.Methods:90 cases of postoperative patients admitted to Guangzhou Panyu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine from April 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the research group,who received auricular point application and auricular point application combined with acupoint application respectively.Results:The clinical efficacy of the research group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The change of main symptom score before and after vomiting treatment in the research group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point application combined with acupoint application has a good effect in the clinical nursing of postoperative vomiting.
