人参养荣膏质量控制的初步研究

A preliminary study on quality control of Renshen Rangrong ointment

目的:对佛山市中医院人参养荣膏进行初步的质量控制。方法:测定人参养荣膏的相对密度、含水量、水不溶物、装量差异、微生物限度。结果:5批次人参养荣膏的相对密度为(1.3999±0.0087)、含水量为(21.36±0.94)%、水不溶物为(0.084±0.034)%、装量差异为(301.3±1.27)g、60 d内微生物限量符合《中华人民共和国药典》对中药提取物的限量标准。结论:佛山市中医院人参养荣膏的质量稳定,使用小包装袋装可延长保质期;该法适用性强,可用于一般膏方的质量控制。

Objective:To control the preliminary study quality of Renshen Rangrong ointment(人参养荣膏)of Foshan City of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The relative density,water content,water insoluble matter,quantity difference and microbial limit of Renshen Rangrong ointment were determined.Result:The relative density of 5 batches of Renshen Rangrong ointment was(1.3999±0.0087),water content was(21.36±0.94)%,water insoluble matter was(0.084±0.034)%,content uniformity was(301.3±1.27)g and the microbial limit within 60 days was in line with the pharmacopoeia's limit standard for traditional Chinese medicine extract.Conclusion:The quality of Renshen Rangrong ointment in Foshan City of traditional Chinese medicine is stable.Small packing bag can extended shelf life.The method has good applicability,it can be used for quality control of general medicinal extract.
