摘要
针对安徽开发矿业镜铁矿浮选工序负荷大、浮选尾矿偏高的问题,进行了实验室试验和现场工业分流试验。结果表明,浮选柱可以有效回收安徽开发矿业反浮选粗选泡沫中微细粒铁精矿,在返回主流程精矿品位接近的前提下,尾矿可以降低3~5个品位,中矿顺序返回流程扫选段总回收率可以提高2%~5%。
In view of the problems of heavy load and high tailings in the flotation process of specularite of Anhui Development Mining Co.,Ltd,laboratory tests and field industrial split-flow tests are carried out.And it shows that the flotation column can effectively recover fine iron concentrate from primary separation froth by reverse flotation of Anhui Mining.On the premise of similar concentrate grade in the main return flow,grade of the tailings can be reduced by 3%to 5%,and the total recovery of the scavenging section in the middlings return flow can be improved by 2%to 5%.
