浅谈铁矿选矿厂循环水深度处理

摘要 根据铁矿选矿厂循环水中固体颗粒的物理化学特性,结合澄清池的水处理原理以及其在处理铁矿选矿厂循环水领域的生产实践经验,选择性提出水处理药剂;以给水排水标准图集S774(八)中机械加速澄清池为例,说明其在处理铁矿选矿厂循环水领域的不足,并提出改进措施。 Based on physicochemical characteristics from circulating water solid particles in iron ore concentration plant,combining with the water treatment principle of clarifier and its practical experience in circulating water treatment in iron ore concentrator,this paper selectively proposes water treatment medicament.Taking the mechanical accelerated clarifier in S774(8)of“water supply and drainage standard atlas”as an example,this paper illustrates its shortcomings in circulating water treatment in iron ore concentrator,and puts forward improvement measures.
