Accident Risk Control System Construction Based on“Three Prevention”in Metallurgical Mining Enterprises

采用风险管控的方法,以控制生产安全事故为核心,结合冶金矿山企业安全生产的实际,从人员、设备、技术三个方面创新安全管理手段,制定并落实完善的管控措施,构建了事故风险管控体系,为冶金矿山企业事故防范提供了有益借鉴。

By adopting risk management and control method,taking production safety accidents control as the core,combining with actual safety production of metallurgical mining enterprises,this paper formulates and implements perfect control measures from innovates safety management means by three aspects of personnel,equipment and technology,and builds the accident risk control system,which provides a useful reference for accident prevention of metallurgical mining enterprises.
