我国是一个广播电视大国,广播电视技术种类比较丰富,改革40年来,随着我国社会经济的不断发展,人民群众对广播电视节目的播出质量提出了更高的要求,但是在当今信息化时代,广播电视行业对于信息采编速度和内容的要求出现了爆炸性增长,广播和电视安全能够安全播出成为了有关各方高度重视的问题,一些地方的广播电视因为技术问题甚至出现了安全事故,这严重损害了人民群众的社会信息知情权。目前,信息技术可以为广播电视提供有力的安全保障,所以我们对广播电视技术播出安全进行研究是非常必要的。本文在对广播电视安全播出进行概述的情况下,叙述了我国广播电视安全播出的现状,分析了广播电视安全播出中存在的问题,并就解决这些问题提出了自己的意见和建议。

China is a big country in radio and television.There are relatively rich types of radio and television technology.Over the past 40 years of reform,with the continuous development of China’s social economy,the people have put forward higher requirements for the broadcast quality of radio and television programs.In the era of modernization,the radio and television industry has seen explosive growth in the speed and content of information acquisition and editing.The safe broadcasting of radio and television has become a matter of great importance to all parties.Radio and television in some places have even encountered security accidents due to technical problems.This has seriously damaged the people’s right to know social information.At present,information technology can provide a strong security guarantee for radio and television,so it is very necessary for us to conduct research on the broadcast security of radio and television technology.In the context of an overview of the safe broadcasting of radio and television,this article describes the current situation of safe broadcasting of radio and television in my country,analyzes the problems existing in safe broadcasting of radio and television,and puts forward its own opinions and suggestions on solving these problems.
