当前,工程建设呈现规模化发展的趋势,项目管理所涉及内容与要求愈加复杂,充分体现计算机技术应用的必要性。但面对项目管理中计算机技术应用不足的现状,还需做出更大努力,不断提升项目管理水平。本文首先就计算机应用技术予以概述,分析其在项目管理中的应用问题,并对常用计算机技术的具体应用展开探讨,以期对项目管理信息化建设有所帮助。

At present,engineering construction is showing a trend of large-scale development,and the content and requirements involved in project management are becoming more and more complex,which fully reflects the necessity of computer technology application.However,in the face of the insufficient application of computer technology in project management,greater efforts are needed to continuously improve the level of project management.This article first gives an overview of computer application technology,analyzes its application in project management,and discusses the specific application of commonly used computer technology in order to help the construction of project management information.
