摘要 随着可持续发展战略的提出,低碳经济逐步成为世界经济的主要发展方向。建筑业作为我国的支柱产业,绿色施工项目管理必然会成为建筑业项目管理的主要发展方向。本文以工期、成本、质量和环境保护为目标形成更复杂、更全面的绿色施工项目管理体系。深入研究多目标管理理论,从整体上分析各工序作业综合费用、质量和环保水平与持续时间之间的非线性关系。运用多属性效用函数理论,构建绿色施工项目多目标均衡优化模型。采用微粒群算法对优化模型进行求解,求得的满意解即为各目标达到整体最优的近似解。最后,通过实例对模型的合理性和可行性进行验证。 With the sustainable development strategy put forward,low carbon economy has gradually become the main development direction of the world economy.As a pillar industry in China,green construction project management will inevitably become the main development direction of construction project management.In this paper,a more complex and comprehensive green construction project management system is formed aiming at time limit,cost,quality and environmental protection.Based on the theory of multi-objective management,the non-linear relationship between the comprehensive cost,quality,environmental protection level and duration of each process is analyzed.Based on the theory of multi-attribute utility function,a multi-objective equilibrium optimization model of green construction project is constructed.The particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to solve the optimization model,and the satisfactory solution is the approximate solution to achieve the global optimal for each objective.Finally,the rationality and feasibility of the model are verified by an example.
