基于BIM–云物元模型的公路绿色服务区预评价 被引量:7

摘要 为推进绿色公路行业发展,有效指导绿色服务区建设,将BIM技术、云物元模型相结合,建立绿色服务区预评价模型。通过文献分析、专家咨询、实地调研,构建绿色服务区预评价指标体系;利用SPSS软件,通过因子分析改进层次分析的方法来确定指标权重;基于BIM技术的协同仿真性、数据信息性等特点,提取原始分析数据;以云模型改进物元理论,通过MATLAB编程建立评价云图,通过隶属度计算确定评价等级。将其应用于太平川服务区工程项目预评价,得到“2星级”评价结果,提出设计方案优化意见。结果表明,该评价模型能够利用BIM的模拟和可优化的特性、云物元模型的模糊量化的特点,有效指导绿色服务区在设计阶段循环优化方案,为绿色施工、绿色运营奠定基础,具有实践指导意义。 In order to promote the development of the green highway industry and effectively guide the construction of green service areas,this paper combines BIM technology and the cloud matter-element model to establish a pre-evaluation model of green service areas.Through literature analysis,expert consultation and field investigation,the pre-evaluation index system of green service area is constructed.SPSS software is used to improve the analytic hierarchy process through factor analysis to determine indicator weights.Based on the characteristics of BIM technology,such as collaborative simulation and data information,the original analysis data is extracted.The cloud model is used to improve the matter-element theory,and the evaluation cloud chart is established by Matlab programming,and the evaluation grade is determined through the calculation of membership degree.It is applied to the project pre-evaluation of Taipingchuan service area,and the“2-star”evaluation results are obtained,and the optimization suggestions of design scheme are put forward.The results show that the evaluation model can use the simulation and optimization characteristics of BIM and the fuzzy quantitative characteristics of cloud matter-element model to effectively guide the cyclic optimization scheme of green service area in the design stage,and lay the foundation for green construction and green operation,which has practical significance.
