摘要
钢结构企业借力装配式建筑发展政策不断探索转型升级策略,钢结构建筑部件模块化、施工标准化、节能环保化等产业优势日趋明显,不同合同主体、不同项目阶段、不同工序流程间的界面管理显得尤为重要。本文立足拥有施工总承包资质的钢结构企业的视角,分析不同总承包参与模式下界面管理的侧重点,探讨IPD模式的应用优势,并以钢结构总承包工程界面管理为研究对象,通过ISM模型对钢结构总承包工程界面管理影响因素进行层级关系分析,构建SPE型IPD模式下钢结构总承包工程界面管理框架,立足界面管理视角,从非线性集成管理平台、集约化组织结构、深化设计管理流程等层面,为钢结构企业转型升级提供IPD模式应用下的发展方向与思路。
With the help of prefabricated building development policies,steel structure enterprises are constantly exploring transformation and upgrading strategies.The industrial advantages of modularization of steel structure building components,construction standardization,energy conservation and environmental protection are becoming increasingly obvious.The interface management between different contract subjects,different project stages and different process flows is particularly important.Based on the perspective of steel structure enterprises with construction general contracting qualification,this paper analyzes the key points of interface management under different general contracting participation modes,discusses the application advantages of IPD mode,and takes the interface management of steel structure general contracting project as the research object,analyzes the influencing factors of interface management of steel structure general contracting project through ISM model,and constructs steel structure under SPE-IPD mode based on the perspective of interface management,this paper constructs the interface management framework of EPC project,and provides the development direction and ideas under the application of IPD mode for transformation and upgrading of steel structure enterprises from the aspects of non-linear integrated management platform,intensive organization structure,and deepening design management process.
