产教融合视角下“专企融合”的管理架构及运行机制研究

“专企融合”是从专业与企业合作层面建立的一种校企合作组织形式。“专企融合”校企合作模式有利于形成校企协同育人机制,推进校企深度合作;有利于专业精准对接产业需求,深化产教融合。“专企融合”一般以三级学院组织形式存在,二级学院则作为三级学院的责任部门,总体负责三级学院的建设与运行管理。“专企融合”校企合作模式运行中,要成立院务委员会,建立校企合作规章制度,校企双方参与人才培养全过程。

“Specialty-enterprise integration”is a form of school-enterprise cooperation organization established from the level of specialty and enterprise cooperation.The school-enterprise cooperation mode of“specialty-enterprise integration”is conducive to the formation of a school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism and promotes in-depth school-enterprise cooperation.It is conducive to precise docking between specialty and industrial demands and deepening the integration of industry and education.“Specialty-enterprise integration”generally exists in the form of third-level college organization,and the second-level colleges are the responsible department of the third-level colleges,which are generally responsible for the construction and operation management of the third-level colleges.In the operation of the“specialty-enterprise integration”of school-enterprise cooperation mode,it is necessary to establish an academic committee,establish school-enterprise cooperation rules and regulations,and both schools and enterprises participate in the whole process of talent training.
