专业群建设组织形态的选择方法及分析过程研究

Research on Selection Method and Analysis Process of Specialty Groups Construction Organization Form

专业群建设对于职业高等学校办学具有重要的基础作用。经对现有学者研究和职业高等教育办学实践综述,归结出专业群建设的组织形态可分为“一院一群”“多院一群”“虚拟机构建群”三种。专业群建设组织形态的选择方法是,先理清专业群的基本情况,再运用决策树判断方法分析。运用决策树判断方法,应先判断是否可以直接决策组织形态,如不能再计算专业集中程度。如果根据专业集中程度仍不能决策组织形态,再计算并比较专业在二级学院(系)的分散程度和专业群建设任务在虚拟机构的集中程度。以长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院的电子商务专业群建设为例,运用选择方法分析的结果为“多院一群”的组织形态。

The construction of specialty groups plays an important basic role in running higher vocational colleges.After reviewing current scholarly researches and the practice of running higher vocational education,it can be concluded that the organization of specialty group construction can be divided into three types:“one group in one college”,“one group in multiple colleges”,and“constructing group by virtual institutes”.The selection method of specialty group construction organization form is to clarify the basic situation of the specialty group firstly,and then use the decision tree method to analyze.Using the decision tree method,we should first judge whether the organizational form can be directly decided,such as the degree of specialty concentration cannot be calculated.If the organizational form cannot be determined based on the degree of specialty concentration,then calculate and compare the degree of dispersion of specialty in secondary colleges(departments)and the degree of concentration of specialty group construction tasks in virtual institutes.Taking the construction of e-commerce specialty group of Changsha Commerce and Tourism College as an example,the result of the analysis using the selection method is the organizational form of“one group in multiple colleges”.
