摘要
常州工程职业技术学院国际商务专业在高职与本科“3+2”分段培养课程体系构建中,基于国际商务专业职业能力需求分析设置人才培养目标,即高职院校在人才培养目标设定中强调基础知识、基础理论和基本技能的掌握,并对实践操作技能等提出较高要求,注重实务型课程安排;应用型本科院校人才培养层次要求更高,在课程设置上突出数理计算、宏观分析、项目策划以及科研探索等多方面的复合专业知识和综合专业应用能力培养。
In the construction of“3+2”segmented training curriculum system for the international business major of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering,the talent training goal is set based on the analysis of the professional ability needs of the international business major,that is,the talent training goal of higher vocational college emphasizes the mastery of basic knowledge,basic theories and basic skills,puts forward higher requirements for practical skills,and focuses on practical curriculum arrangements.Applied undergraduate colleges have higher requirements for talent training,and highlight mathematical calculations,macro analysis,project planning,scientific research exploration,and other comprehensive professional knowledge and comprehensive professional application ability training.
