“3+2”分段培养课程衔接模式实践探索——以计算机科学与技术专业为例 被引量:5

摘要 课程衔接是高职、本科“3+2”分段培养工作的中心环节,是高职、本科衔接人才培养的关键。吉林师范大学与四平市职业大学就计算机科学与技术专业进行“3+2”分段培养,在明确人才培养目标、“智慧”教学模式和卓越教师队伍作保障的基础上,共同构建了“校企合作—工学结合—面向岗位”的“五年一体化”课程衔接体系。通过对用人单位的满意度调研显示,该课程衔接体系的人才培养效果较好,能体现“3+2”分段培养“基础坚固、能力超群、素质过硬”的育人特色。 Curriculum cohesion is the central link of the“3+2”segmented training between higher vocational and undergraduate colleges and the key to the training talents of the cohesion between higher vocational and undergraduate colleges.Jilin Normal University and Siping Vocational University carried out“3+2”segmented training for computer science and technology majors.On the basis of clear talent training goals,“intelligent”teaching mode and excellent teaching team as the guarantee,the two colleges have jointly established“schoolenterprise cooperation,the combination of work and study,and position-oriented”five-year integrated curriculum cohesive system.According to the satisfaction survey of employers,the talent training effect of the course cohesion system is good,and it can reflect the“solid foundation,superior ability,and excellent quality”of“3+2”segmented training.
