摘要
福建省从2009年起就有多所高校院系的创意与设计类专业与台湾院校进行合作办学,而闽江学院海峡学院作为省内第一个与台湾高校进行的本科层次联合培养人才项目,其与台湾高校进行深度交流的经验较为丰富。台湾院校尤其在文化创意与设计类的专业背景下接触西方的“主动式学习”的教学理念的时间较早,对于创新实践型人才的培养方式的摸索也走在了前面,因此其对于教学模式的探索有许多地方值得我们学习借鉴。本文以笔者在闽台合作办学项目当中的实际教学及事务工作经历为视角,通过比较两岸教学方针及人才特性的现状,以求能够对大陆高校的人才培养与教育模式改革创新提供参考思路,取长补短。
Since 2009,many creativity and design background disciplines of higher education institutions in Fujian province,which have been successfully running the Fujian-Taiwan educational cooperation programs.It would be of great significance that the Straits Institute of the Minjiang University is the first“undergraduate degree”for Fujian-Taiwan educational cooperation program,which is continue operating and developing in positive trend.As the perspective of“active learning”teaching concept from western mainstream countries which were introduced into Taiwan Residents higher education institutions relatively earlier.Particularly about the teaching model and talent training methods for creative design courses in Taiwan,which is going further,thus there are so many education experiences and innovative teaching ideas from Taiwan that allow us continuously learning and it is definitely worth listening to.In perspective of the author's teaching and working experience in the undergraduate Fujian-Taiwan educational cooperation program system,the article comparing the difference of higher education models and talent training systems between the Fujian and Taiwan,and also obtaining some education inspirations in order to provide reference value for educational innovation of the higher education institutions in China's Mainland.
