基于演化博弈的三方知识产权合作机制研究

摘要 知识产权合作能够整合创新资源,提高创新能力。为促进企业之间或企业与大学/研究机构间知识产权合作进程,考虑政策支持对知识产权合作的影响,将政府作为合作参与主体,构建了政府、企业、大学/研究机构三方知识产权合作行为策略演化博弈模型,分析了三方参与主体的演化路径及系统稳定策略,并结合仿真分析探究了三方参与主体行为策略选择的影响因素。结果表明:政府、企业和大学/研究机构三方合作意愿互相影响程度不同,相比大学/研究机构,企业对合作成果利益分配变动反应更迅速,大学/研究机构则对政府的动态激励和违规惩罚更加敏感,并依此结论提出相应建议。 Intellectual property cooperation can integrate innovation resources and improve innovation capabilities.To advance the process of intellectual property cooperation between enterprises or between enterprises and universities/research institutions.This paper considers the impact of policy support on intellectual property cooperation,takes the government as a cooperative participant,builds a three-party intellectual property cooperation behavior strategy evolution game model of the government,enterprise,university/research institution,and analyzes the evolution path and system stability strategy of the three participants.Combined with the simulation analysis,the influencing factors of the three parties′participation in the choice of behavioral strategies are explored.The results show that the willingness of the government,the enterprise and the university/research institution to cooperate with each other has different degrees of influence.Compared with the university/research institution,the company responds quickly to changes in the distribution of the benefits of cooperation results.The university/research institution is more sensitive to the government′s dynamic incentives and penalties.At last,give suggestions based on the conclusion.
