摘要
产业与城市的发展相辅相成,探索产业与城市的相互融合关系,以推动城市经济与社会的协调发展。为使结果具备全面性,考虑主观评价与现实数据综合评价,将熵值法(EWM)和AHP有机结合以精确计算权重,同时结合模糊综合评价法和犹豫模糊集的相关系数,研究复杂信息环境下产城融合的评价与决策问题。研究结果显示:成都市高新区的产城融合发展水平为一般水平,且其4个准则层差异较大。这表明区域内部产业化的发展与城市化协调程度还不理想,需要改善产业结构与创新城市化模式、提高城市人口就业率和加强基础设施建设。
Industry and urban development complement each other.This study investigates to reveal city-industry integration to promote the coordinate development of urban economy and society.Practices show that research through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)often ignore the hesitation of decision makers and bias judgement.Moreover,without considering the relationship between subjective evaluation and real data,it leads to the incompleteness of study result.Therefore,this paper combines AHP with the Entropy Weight Method(EWM)to reinforce weight calculation.Further,Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method(FCEM)with Hesitant Fuzzy Set(HFS)are used to cope with the problems of evaluation and decision making in city-industry with complex information.Study result shows that the level of city-industry integration for high-tech zone in Chengdu is the general.And its subordinate four criterion differ greatly.This concludes that the coordination between industrialization and urbanization in the region is not ideal.And it needs to be improved from industrial structure improvement and innovation,urban population employment rate and infrastructure construction.
