RG聚氨脂砂浆在李家峡水电站冲刷修复材料中的对比应用

摘要 抗冲耐磨问题是泄水建筑物常见问题,冲刷空蚀破坏与泄水道流态、泄水道抗冲磨材料以及施工质量等相关。结合李家峡2006年、2012年、2018年和2019年4次大的维护和维修工作,在深入分析破坏发生原因基础上,对环氧砂浆、聚脲以及RG聚氨酯砂浆等修复材料进行了比较分析。结果表明,与环氧砂浆相比,RG聚氨酯砂浆在抗冲强度、环境适应性等方面具有一定的优势,具有推广价值。 The anti-scouring and wear-resisting problem is a common problem of water discharge structures.The erosion and cavitation damage is related to the flow pattern,the anti-scouring material and the construction quality of discharge channel.Combined with four major maintenance and repair works of Lijiaxia Hydropower Station in 2006,2012,2018 and 2019 respectively,the causes of spillway damage are analyzed in-depth,and on this basis,a comparative analysis of repair materials such as epoxy mortar,polyurea and RG polyurethane mortar is carried out.The results show that,compared with epoxy mortar,the RG polyurethane mortar has certain advantages in impact strength and environmental adaptability,which has promotion value.
