摘要
针对影响高水头船闸安全高效运行的阀门顶止水自激振动问题,研发无缩尺效应的1∶1切片试验装置,实现了高水头阀门顶止水工作特性室内真实模拟。通过不同材料、不同型式顶止水自激振动试验,采用高速摄像技术手段,揭示了窄缝射流诱发顶止水自激振动机理。研究表明,止水自激振动呈现平稳的周期性大振幅特性,自激振动频率与其硬度(弹模)呈正相关关系。
Aiming at the problem of self-excited vibration of the top seal of ship lock valve that affects the safe and efficient operation of high-head ship lock,a 1:1 slice test device without scale effect is developed to realize the indoor real simulation of the working characteristics of top seal of high-head valve.The self-excited vibration tests of top seal with different materials and different types are carried out,and the mechanism of top seal self-excited vibration induced by narrow slit jets is revealed through high-speed camera technology.The research shows that the self-excited vibration of top seal presents a stable periodic large amplitude characteristic,and the frequency of the self-excited vibration has a positive correlation with its hardness(elastic modulus).
