摘要 水电工程水下构筑物常年浸没在水面以下,长期运行后会不同程度出现淤积、冲刷、掏蚀等表观缺陷,传统人工探摸、录像或者单点声呐的缺陷检测方法易受作业深度限制、作业时间长、效率低、安全风险较大,且作业环境要求高。鉴于此,基于"面积性普查、局部性详查、多手段精查"的技术思路,协同运用多波束测深系统、侧扫声呐等水下声呐技术和水下高清连续摄像、二维图像声呐及三维声呐等水下无人潜航器技术,辅以潜水员水下探摸,多种检测手段相互配合、支撑,互相验证,对深溪沟水电站消力池缺陷空间形态精确量化,并查明缺陷表观影像,检测成果准确可靠,为大坝安全运行管理提供了三维数字化动态管控成果,为精准制定修补方案提供了可靠依据,并通过旱地施工处理得到了验证。 The underwater structures of hydropower engineering are submerged below water surface all the year round,and some apparent defects such as siltation,scouring and erosion will appear in varying degrees after long-term operation.The defect detection methods of traditional manual exploration,video recording or single-point sonar are susceptible to the limitation of operation depth,long operation time,low efficiency,high safety risk and high requirements for the operation environment.In view of this,based on the technical idea of"Area general survey,local detailed survey,multi-means fine survey",the underwater sonar technologies such as multi-beam sounding system and side-scan sonar,and the underwater unmanned submersible technologies such as high-definition continuous camera,two-dimensional image sonar and 3 D sonar are used in collaboration with supplemented underwater exploration by divers to accurately quantify the spatial shape of defects in the stilling pool of Shenxigou Hydropower Station and identify the apparent images of defects.The detection results are accurate and reliable,and have been verified through actual repairing,which provide three-dimensional digital dynamic management and control results for the safe operation and management of the dam and a reliable basis for the precise formulation of repair plans.
