摘要
热应激是蛋鸡生产中重要的环境压力之一,影响蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,是影响夏季蛋鸡养殖的一个重要因素。随着全球气候变暖,夏季高温天气频繁出现,热应激对蛋鸡生产的负面影响及应对的调控技术受到人们关注。该文阐述了热应激对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的负面影响及机制,并从营养调控和饲养管理两个主要方面对热应激调控技术进行了综述。
Heat stress is one of the most important environmental stresses in laying hen production,which affects the production performance and egg quality of laying hens.It is also an important factor affecting laying hens in summer.With global warming,more and more attention has been paid to the negative effects of heat stress on laying hens'production and the control technology over heat stress because of the frequent high temperature in summer.In this paper,the negative effects of heat stress on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens and the mechanism were expounded,and the regulation techniques of heat stress were reviewed from nutrition regulation and feeding management.
