摘要
为探究N-乙酰半胱氨酸(N-Acetylcysteine,NAC)对山羊繁殖性能的影响,该试验在前期饲喂0.07%的NAC提高了山羊产仔数的基础上,以努比亚山羊为研究对象,采用q-PCR检测ADCY8、PIK3R2基因在空白组和NAC饲喂组(0.07%NAC)下丘脑、垂体、子宫、卵巢、输卵管5个组织中的表达量变化。结果表明:ADCY8和PIK3R2基因在5个组织中均有表达。ADCY8基因在空白组下丘脑中表达量最高,饲喂组子宫中表达量最高,在卵巢中的表达量均最少,垂体和下丘脑中空白组极显著高于饲喂组(P<0.01);PIK3R2基因在空白组和饲喂组中垂体的表达量最高,在卵巢中表达量最少,在垂体和下丘脑中空白组极显著高于饲喂组(P<0.01)。综上所述,饲喂0.07%的NAC可能通过上调ADCY8、下调PIK3R2在性腺轴的表达量进而影响努比亚山羊的繁殖性能。
To explore the effect of N-Acetylcysteine(NAC)on the reproductive performance of goats,this experiment took Nubian goats as the research objects and used q-PCR to detect the expression changes of ADCY8 and PIK3R2 genes in the hypothalamus,pituitary,uterus,ovary and fallopian tubes in the blank group and the NAC feeding group(0.07%NAC)based on the fact that feeding 0.07%NAC in the early stage had increased the litter size of goats.The results showed that the ADCY8 and PIK3R2 genes expressed in all five tissues.The expression of ADCY8 gene was the highest in the hypothalamus of the blank group,the highest in the uterus in the feeding group,and the lowest in the ovary in the blank group and the feeding group.The expression of ADCY8 in the pituitary and hypothalamus was extremely high in the blank group.In both groups(P<0.01),the PIK3R2 gene had the highest expression of pituitary and the least expression in the ovary.The expression in pituitary and hypothalamus in the blank group was significantly higher than the feeding group(P<0.01).In summary,feeding 0.07%NAC may affect the reproductive performance of Nubian goats by up-regulating ADCY8 and down-regulating the expression of PIK3R2 in the gonadal axis.
