摘要
对现有的10 t/16 m规格的桥式起重机小车车架进行轻量化研究探讨,利用CREO完成三维模型的建立,并利用ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析,找出现有设计的冗余之处并且以小车的总体质量作为目标函数建立数学模型,完成优化设计,提出了一套简单可行的优化设计方法和实例依据,提高了生产的效率和质量,具有一定的推广意义。
This paper studies the lightweighting of the existing 10 t/16 m bridge crane trolley frame.The CREO is used to complete the establishment of the three-dimensional model,and the ANSYS Workbench is used to perform finite element analysis to find the redundancy of the existing design and the mathematical model is established with the overall quality of the trolley as the target function to complete the optimized design.A set of simple and feasible optimization design methods and example basis are proposed,which improves the production efficiency and quality,and has certain promotion significance.
