摘要
针对国内现有的电解铝残阳极清理设备存在的残阳极清理不彻底、性能差、维护成本高及残阳极清理效率低等问题,结合实际生产中的需求和特点,研制出一种对冲破击式电解铝残阳极清理装置。该装置具有自动化程度适中、生产效率高、性能稳定和易维护的特点。
In order to solve the problems of incomplete residual anode cleaning,poor performance,high maintenance cost and low residual anode cleaning efficiency in existing domestic electrolytic aluminum residual anode cleaning equipment,combined with the actual production needs and characteristics,an opposing impact type electrolytic aluminum residual anode cleaning equipment is developed.The device has the characteristics of moderate automation,high production efficiency,stable performance and easy maintenance.
