乘用车在不同车身高度下的平顺性分析

摘要 介绍了乘用车在不同车身高度下的平顺性分析的研究方法。利用PID控制建立全主动悬架的低位、中位和高位模型;由仿真结果和汽车平顺性的评价指标得出:车速相同时,在全主动悬架的低位、中位和高位处,车辆的行驶平顺性依次变差;路面等级相同时,在全主动悬架的低位、中位和高位处,车辆的行驶平顺性依次变差;在相同条件下,车身位置的变化对汽车平顺性的影响大于车速和路面等级的变化。 This paper introduces the research method of passenger car ride analysis under different body height.The low position,middle position and high position models of full active suspension are established by PID control.The simulation results are combined with the evaluation index of vehicle comfort.At the same speed,at the low position,middle position and the high position of the full active suspension,the ride comfort of the vehicle becomes worse in turn.At the same level of road surface,the ride comfort of the vehicle in the low position,middle position and the high position of the full active suspension decreases in turn.Under the same condition,the change of vehicle body position has more influence on vehicle smoothness than the change of vehicle speed and road grade.
